W04 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal

This week’s readings and videos really hit me more deeply than I expected. How Will You Measure Your Life? wasn't just about business or career it was about what kind of life I actually want to build. I’ve heard people say that success isn’t just about money or titles, but this week gave that idea more structure and made me think about what I truly value.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was the importance of intentionally deciding how I want to measure my life not just drifting or doing what everyone else is doing. The idea that our careers and relationships often evolve based on small, seemingly harmless decisions over time made me pause. I realized that it’s easy to focus all my energy on being “productive” while unintentionally neglecting relationships or personal growth.

Looking forward, I’m really excited to keep learning how to make choices that reflect what matters most to me not just what seems urgent or expected. I want to build a life where my relationships, integrity, and purpose aren’t sacrificed in the name of “success.” I know it won’t be easy, but it feels meaningful.

I’m grateful for this week’s content because it didn’t just make me think it made me want to act.

  W10 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal One key lesson I learned is the importance of writing down goals. When I put my goals on paper, they become real and help me stay focused. I’ve started journaling my dreams and creating small action steps to work toward them. Looking ahead, I’m excited to learn more about how to turn my goals into a real plan.   W03 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal This week I started by taking a quiz about the material that I've been learning about for the past couple of weeks. They included a couple of lectures on how to start your own business and how to be a successful entrepreneur. This might sound funny to say but I realized that staying honest in the business world is harder than it sounds and way more important than I thought. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was how doing the right thing can sometimes cost you something in the short term, but in the long run, it builds real trust. That’s what really stuck with me from the Magdalena Yesil case. She didn’t just talk about ethics she actually lived it out in tough situations.
