W05 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal


This week made me think differently about success. It wasn’t just about building a great business it was about becoming a person of character who serves others. 

The readings from Mastery also made me reflect on how real growth happens. Success doesn’t come overnight it’s built slowly through discipline, practice, and perseverance. It’s comforting to know that mastery is more about long-term effort than instant results.

I also liked the reminder in the video Most Entrepreneurs Are Not Rock Stars. We often see the flashy success stories, but most entrepreneurs are normal people who keep trying even when things get tough. That felt relatable and gave me more confidence in my own journey.

Overall, this week helped me see entrepreneurship not just as a career path, but as a way to become a better person someone who lives with purpose and builds something meaningful.

  W10 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal One key lesson I learned is the importance of writing down goals. When I put my goals on paper, they become real and help me stay focused. I’ve started journaling my dreams and creating small action steps to work toward them. Looking ahead, I’m excited to learn more about how to turn my goals into a real plan.   W03 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal This week I started by taking a quiz about the material that I've been learning about for the past couple of weeks. They included a couple of lectures on how to start your own business and how to be a successful entrepreneur. This might sound funny to say but I realized that staying honest in the business world is harder than it sounds and way more important than I thought. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was how doing the right thing can sometimes cost you something in the short term, but in the long run, it builds real trust. That’s what really stuck with me from the Magdalena Yesil case. She didn’t just talk about ethics she actually lived it out in tough situations.
