W09 Reflection: Entrepreneurial Journal

This week I learned a lot about what it means to be a disciple-leader. One thing that stood out was how leadership isn't about titles or being in charge it's about service. I used to think being a leader meant being the smartest or most confident person in the room, but now I see it's more about helping others and following Christ’s example.

One quote that stuck with me said that a disciple-leader seeks the will of the Lord and leads with integrity. That really made me think about how I approach things in my own life. Whether it’s helping someone at church or taking the lead in a group project, I want to be someone who listens and cares, not just someone who gets the job done.

I also thought about how this applies to being an entrepreneur. I don’t just want to start a business I want to build something that reflects my values and treats people right. I’m excited to learn more about how to do that in the coming weeks.

Overall, this week helped me realize that leadership is less about being in control and more about being kind, humble, and willing to serve.
